Statement:

I am a lifelong resident of Burrillville, along with my wife Mary and our daughters, Tenessa and Tamber. I am also a lifelong educator. I teach kindergarten at the Austin T. Levy School, where the children know me as "Mr. K".

A major characteristic of a good Council person is to LISTEN.  I have practiced listening to 5 year olds. I'm now ready to listen to adults.

I don't see this election as "running against opponents".  It is an unusual occurrence where so many seats are available. I hope to obtain one of them.

It is imperative that communications between the School Committee and the Town Council continue to improve. We are members of "TEAM BURRILLVILLE".

The completion of Jesse M. Smith Memorial Library, the Callahan School renovations and the continued planning of affordable housing for the elderly and new families are vital issues and are supported by me.

Our senior citizens need a senior center.

We need to attract clean and stable businesses to our town, those which complement our rural character while helping to broaden the tax base.

I have served your children for 33 years. I would like to serve you. Thank you.
